MP para Tds os usuarios

Qual é minha questão:
Ola,
Eu usei o código passado pelo [F]lames para criar uma pagina aonde mandamos MP para tds os usuários do grupo selecionado.
Minhas dúvidas são:
Como faço para trocar os grupos que estão no código para os do meu fórum.
Como coloco faço para fechar esta pagina para que apenas quem possua a senha possa estar usando a pagina.
